It’s nice to talk about your growth and success. But sometimes things go wrong. Companies and people part ways. The competition snatches key employees and important knowledge is lost. You have to let go of several people and now there’s a shift in company culture. Your boss leaves and their replacement is an asshole. These situations happen. It’s not pleasant. But you have to deal with it, to learn from it. And what would be a better place to discuss it than the Discomfort Zone?
