• What is the talk about?

  Radek: How to:
  - create stories and prioritize them in the backlog
  - collaborate with different team roles, stakeholders and customers
  - create a long-term plan
  - overcome common obstacles

• Who is it for?

  Radek: Anyone, who wants to try agile development but struggles with product management. Can be useful for both startups as well as large enterprises.

• What will the audience get from it?

  Radek: Knowledge of how to start with agile product management.

• What do you presently work at?

  Radek: With the UX and Product Management team we are changing our product from being IT-centric to becoming more user friendly for business users. With agile methodologies being adopted company-wide, we are currently experimenting with these to drive a major redesign planned for next year.

• Which of your existing achievements do you value the most?

  Radek: As Product Owner in my previous place of work, I led the agile adoption in a large development team responsible for developing a complex product for enterprise customers.

• What would you like to achieve?

  Radek: With a planned move from UX to Product Management at Kentico, I hope to help with the product strategy and increase understanding of agile principles. I'm also launching my own startup and I plan to speak at conferences, spreading my knowledge and helping others.

• What do you look forward to at the WebExpo?

  Radek: Talking to others about agile methodology, business and entrepreneurship, and of course benefiting from great talks from interesting speakers, broadening my horizons.
