Pavel Kohout is the Executive Director of New Media at Czech Television. He moved to Czech Television from FTV Prima and in previous years, he also worked as the director of a software company. He started out his professional career as a programmer. In fact, he was the man behind the very first Czech multimedia encyclopedia on CD-ROM in 1996.
