Designing a case study is not much different from designing a book. Imagine you're in a bookstore and want to find the right book. What would you do? Now, imagine you're a book author and want to sell a book – how would you design it? 



In this talk, Anfisa will show you how to design a case study that stands out from hundreds of others.
