The new accessibility law, the European Accessibility Act (EAA), not only covers online services and apps but also digital displays in self-service machines and terminals that are increasingly present in our public spaces.



In this talk, Erik, Daniel, and Nathalie will talk about how to think about customer experiences over legal requirements, and what they’ve discovered during their testing sessions. They’ll highlight issues with digital screens and share concrete advice to bring into your own development, along with some great real-world examples. Daniel will also showcase ideas for touchscreens with CodePen demos in the Speakers’ Corner — so be sure to stop by!
