Tomáš Holas
Freelance Web Developer/Consultant
Thomas was playing with computers since childhood. He put together the first Web in the mid-90s, but he started to make living with programming with the advent of Web 2.0, when he switched from PHP to Ruby on Rails. Since then, he's fascinated by cutting-edge frameworks, which he usually learns quicky just to abandon them one moment later in favor of even newer and better. Thomas works as a freelance developer and consultant. His favorite stack is Node.js and React, which he considers to be the platform of the future. At least the nearest future. web / twitter / linkedin
Jan is the co-founder of Modgen and the architect behind the company’s prediction engine. He earned his master’s degree in informatics at CTU in 2010, followed by a PhD. During his doctorate studies, he realized that many of the coolest scientific things achieved at the university were often thrown into drawers and never put to good use. At the same time, he noticed many companies were stuck with out-dated technology simply because they had no idea there were other options. This was a turning point for him and one of the main reasons he founded Modgen - he wanted to dedicate himself to using the latest technologies to make the world a better place. linkedin
